Website and reservation terms for Milkprint · Last updated June 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Milkprint website, products, reservation program, sample collection kits, digital results dashboard, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Milkprint, Inc. (“Milkprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, reserving a kit, purchasing a product, activating a kit, submitting a sample, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Milkprint provides educational wellness insights based on the breast milk sample submitted and the information you provide. Milkprint does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, or any guarantee regarding infant feeding, maternal health, infant health, allergies, nutrition, supplementation, or any disease or condition.
You should consult a qualified healthcare provider, pediatrician, lactation consultant, registered dietitian, or other appropriate professional before making feeding, supplementation, diet, medication, or infant-care decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Milkprint.
Milkprint may offer reservations, pre-orders, waitlists, paid deposits, one-time purchases, subscriptions, or other purchase options. Product availability, launch timing, testing panels, shipping dates, and pricing may change as we develop the Services.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
A reservation or pre-order does not guarantee a specific ship date unless expressly stated at checkout. Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may be added where applicable. Refund, cancellation, and chargeback terms will be shown at checkout or in order communications. If no specific terms are shown, contact us at the email listed below.
Before you submit a breast milk sample, you may be asked to activate your kit, provide identifying and contextual information, and agree to additional sample testing terms or consent language.
You are responsible for following collection, storage, freezing, packaging, and shipping instructions. Sample integrity may be affected by collection timing, storage conditions, temperature, shipping delays, insufficient volume, contamination, or other factors outside our control. We may be unable to process a sample if it is damaged, mislabeled, insufficient, thawed, delayed, contaminated, or otherwise not suitable for analysis.
A submitted sample reflects a specific point-in-time sample and may not represent all breast milk produced by an individual.
Milkprint results may include measurements, estimates, ranges, educational context, visualizations, trend features, or other information depending on the product tier and testing panel available at the time. Results are not guaranteed to be complete, error-free, clinically validated for any particular medical use, or comparable to results from other laboratories or products.
Milk composition is dynamic and can vary by time of day, stage of lactation, maternal diet, hydration, collection timing, foremilk/hindmilk balance, storage, and other factors. Milkprint does not assign a universal “good” or “bad” score to breast milk.
We may change, pause, discontinue, update, or limit any part of the Services, including analytes, testing panels, dashboard features, kit contents, pricing, shipping timelines, subscriptions, or availability by geography. We will try to communicate material changes where appropriate.
If we provide account access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Milkprint may use aggregated, de-identified, or coded information to improve the Services, understand product performance, support research, develop new products, and generate educational insights. If we seek to use leftover samples or individual-level sample data for future research, publications, product development, or commercial development beyond delivering your results, we may request additional consent where required or appropriate.
The website, dashboard, designs, text, graphics, logos, data visualizations, software, and other content are owned by Milkprint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, or exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
If you submit questions, feedback, testimonials, survey responses, reviews, images, or other content, you grant Milkprint permission to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We will not intentionally publish identifying health-related information without appropriate permission.
The Services may rely on third-party providers such as laboratories, payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, analytics tools, email tools, customer support tools, and other vendors. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milkprint disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations or that results will be medically actionable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milkprint and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, vendors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, emotional distress, or reliance on results. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Milkprint for the applicable Service giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amount was paid, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milkprint from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or inaccurate information or samples you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Venue, arbitration, class action waiver, and small-claims provisions should be reviewed and finalized by counsel before launch.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will indicate the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
